Coaching is a growing trend in today's effective organizations. Leaders at all levels of organizations are now using coaching to achieve results in less time and with greater commitment from employees. But what is coaching? How does it work? How is it different from traditional management techniques? This highly experiential course will answer these questions and introduce you to simple and effective coaching methods you can use immediately. Peer Coaching for a Highly Successful Workforce

While coaching is now a basic tool for managers in the 21st century, it is also becoming a core competency for everyone else in the organization. As more responsibility continues to be handed off to teams and their members, employees-and their managers-are beginning to see the value in employees being able to coach each other on day to day issues. 

The results include greater feelings of teamwork, satisfaction, commitment and increased productivity as employees gain greater clarity about what they need to do to be successful. Also, as employees begin to facilitate each other's more immediate goals, managers are freed up to focus on bigger issues. This course introduces participants to coaching skills and approaches that can be used immediately, and that are essential for co-workers to support each other's success. 3-9 hours over one, two or three days.
