The key to engaging people at work is to help them recognize their own values and strengths, and then to make sure their managers are encouraging them to tap those powerful personal assets as much as possible. This workshop helps employees and their managers to identify their values and strengths, plus determine how each individual will bring them to their work. (Time: 2-3 hours.) The following workshop is then suggested for managers.

Peer Coaching for a Highly Successful Workforce

While coaching is now a basic tool for managers in the 21st century, it is also becoming a core competency for everyone else in the organization. As more responsibility continues to be handed off to teams and their members, employees-and their managers-are beginning to see the value in employees being able to coach each other on day to day issues. 

The results include greater feelings of teamwork, satisfaction, commitment and increased productivity as employees gain greater clarity about what they need to do to be successful. Also, as employees begin to facilitate each other's more immediate goals, managers are freed up to focus on bigger issues. This course introduces participants to coaching skills and approaches that can be used immediately, and that are essential for co-workers to support each other's success. 3-9 hours over one, two or three days.
