This is a co-active process in which you, your manager and I co-create questions that need to be asked of the significant people in your professional (and sometimes personal) life. After we decide what needs to be discovered so you can grow to the next level, I call or meet with all your predetermined contacts. Finally, I present you and your manager with a report based on these meetings that describes the significant issues surrounding your continued development.
