Using the four seasons as a powerful and enduring metaphor for change, we can see that there are times to flourish (summer), to change (fall), to look within (winter), and to transform (spring). Each journey through the seasons and each of us will go on several—teaches us new lessons and demands that we act in new ways. The questions below will help you discover your own season of change.
